I’ve always believed that words carry power... power to heal, power to connect, and power to move people toward the life or business they’re dreaming of. My purpose as a Hope Dealer is simple: to encourage, uplift, and shine a little light in a world that can feel dark, confusing, or overwhelming.

For years, I shared that hope through my health coaching, my books, my writing, and my own story of navigating anxiety and finding my way back to myself. What I discovered along the way is that storytelling (the honest, real, and human kind of storytelling) has the ability to remind us that we are not alone. It sparks courage. It builds connection. It creates change.

Today, through Meg Hays Creative, I use those same gifts to help entrepreneurs and small businesses communicate with clarity, purpose, and confidence. Whether I’m writing website copy, crafting brand messaging, shaping a story, or helping someone find the words they’ve been searching for, my mission is the same: spread hope, spark connection, and help people show up in the world as their best selves.
