I recently completed the Just START course, and it was an absolute revelation! As someone who often grapples with indecision, this program was a breath of fresh air. The acronym S.T.A.R.T.—Simply Take Action Right Then—says it all. It’s like a gentle nudge that whispers, “Begin.” No elaborate plans, no overthinking—just start. And that simplicity is where the magic lies. The course helped me embrace the idea that progress isn’t always monumental leaps. Each small step counts. It all adds up, whether it’s jotting down a thought or taking a brisk walk. With Just START, the daily reflections became my compass. What to write about? It was crystal clear. My journal now holds snippets of intention, gratitude, and growth. Throughout the course, my health goals transformed from lofty aspirations to daily routines. Whether it was savoring a wholesome meal or practicing mindfulness, S.T.A.R.T. nudged me forward. In conclusion, if you’re standing at life’s crossroads, unsure where to begin, give Just START a chance. Just Start is simply that … a start. That’s the hardest part of anyone’s journey and Meg has devised a nice 21-day program for anyone to “start” and want to continue. Meg was able to include humor, reality, and a little bit of prayer, which made it fun to continue. I looked forward to the next day’s lesson just to see how clever Meg could be in engaging people. In doing this program, I learned a few things about myself along the way that honestly, never crossed my mind. It even helped me learn a few things about other people that, quite frankly, is helping me understand them a bit better.
