I absolutely love how God works in our lives!

Looking back over the past few years, I am able to see His loving hand in everything that has propelled me to where I am in this moment! There have been some good, bad and UGLY situations, but each experience was needed for my development into His vessel of hope.

“Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.” Romans 5:3-5

Twelve years ago, I had a vision of providing hope, optimism and Godly encouragement through my GEM blog. Even though there have been a few times over the years when I have dropped off the face of the earth due to other responsibilities, I have continued to change, grow and move forward with my original plan.

It’s pretty cool to see how God has used my gifts and talents to further His purpose in my life and how He has brought them all together to create a broader, bigger and better way to get His message of hope out into this world.

“The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.” Proverbs 16:9

So…what’s been going on for the past few years?

Well, I have started a health coaching business, written and published a Christian children’s book, How Do I Pray?, along with publishing my recent multi-author book, Show Your Work. That project was a collaboration of 13 women who told their personal story of the bumpy road to success.

Additionally, I have created a weekly Meg Monday video that discusses everyday topics that urges the audience to make positive changes in their daily lives, all in an effort to promote joy and hope as we stumble through life.

With that being said, I have combined all of my creative and business strategies into one company with the intention to encourage people to live a healthier lifestyle which incorporates the body, mind AND spirit.

This is why I love the phrase, HOPE DEALER.

By sharing my own stories of hope, struggles and change – whether it is through my health coaching business, my books or my GEMs – I intend to reassure others that they are not alone as they walk the journey of life, nor do they have to stay in a place that does not align with their values, goals and dreams.

Over the years I have learned that I cannot live my best life without the love of God, the sacrifice of Jesus or the guidance of the Holy Spirit. The truth for me is that if I don’t treat my body as a temple, I have a much greater chance to lose faith and feel hopeless.

Therefore, I have created a space where I can help others and myself how to nutritiously fuel our body, what to fill our minds with and how to connect with God better. I pray that this endeavor will have an immense impact to our overall health and how we show up in our life. It’s the only one we’ve got.
